Smith Mountain Lake is located in central Virginia in the foot hills of the Appalachian Mountains. To help you become familiar with Smith Mountain Lake, we have developed a number of narrated slide show presentations describing Smith Mountain Lake (SML), the Smith Mountain Lake Dam and the Smith Mountain Lake area.
